Toledo Cathedral is the 2nd largest in Spain and the 9th largest in the world. What makes a church a cathedral is it is built in the shape of a cross when looking down on it from heaven and an archbishop or higher order is buried or lives there. This particular cathedral is special because a cardinal lives in it (the only order higher than a cardinal is the Pope) and it contains the best altarpiece in the world. The Sacristy or dressing room contains a famous Greco painting ´Denuding of Christ.´
